Our client is hiring a Senior People Analytics and Reporting Analyst for a temporary, in-office role based in Boston, MA. This position is ideal for data-driven professionals with expertise in Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. In this role, you’ll lead HR analytics strategy by building scalable reporting solutions, enhancing data models, and partnering cross-functionally to support enterprise-wide decision-making.
Responsibilities as the Senior People Analytics and Reporting Analyst:
- Data Governance & Strategy: Promote best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR data systems.
- Report Development & Modeling: Design scalable reporting solutions and data models within platforms like Workday and Greenhouse.
- Visualization & AI Tools: Collaborate with Tech teams to implement AI-driven dashboards that elevate traditional analytics.
- Cross-System Integration: Manage ETL processes and configure custom fields across systems such as ADP, Snowflake, and others.
- Insights & Recommendations: Analyze complex datasets to extract trends, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement: Standardize definitions, document workflows, and coordinate with key stakeholders to support post-merger change and reporting needs.
Qualifications for the Senior People Analytics and Reporting Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in data analytics or people analytics roles, with a strong preference for experience in financial services or post-merger environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SQL with experience in Tableau, Power BI, and data visualization design, plus working knowledge of Snowflake, ETL processes, and HR systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and ADP.
- Skills & Attributes: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
