Job Overview – Senior Investment Sales Associate:
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000/year + bonus
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Investment Sales Associate in New York, NY for our client. This hybrid role builds and manages advisor relationships to drive asset growth and product distribution, including Precious Metals and ETF solutions. You will present sales concepts, support meetings with senior leadership, handle product inquiries, and contribute to key sales initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a Series 7 license and have strong advisor-facing investment experience.
Responsibilities as the Senior Investment Sales Associate:
- Advisor and Relationship Management: Build and manage a CRM pipeline of financial advisors while developing strong relationships to support asset growth and product adoption.
- Sales Strategy and Product Consultation: Present investment ideas, guide advisors on Precious Metals allocations, and support integration of the firm’s products into advisor portfolios.
- Business Development: Conduct targeted outreach, including curated lists such as Top Barron’s Advisors, to identify, cultivate, and convert new business opportunities.
- Client Service and Engagement: Provide responsive support to advisors, handle product inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
- Sales Operations and Reporting: Coordinate meetings with senior leadership, assist with sales follow-up, streamline sales processes, and provide weekly pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications for the Senior Investment Sales Associate:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of investment sales or advisor support experience in financial services, with strong relationship-building skills and preferred ETF product experience.
- Licensure: FINRA Series 7 required.
- Technical Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and CRM skills with the ability to clearly articulate investment concepts to advisors and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, advisor channels, portfolio construction, and investment products.
- Skills & Attributes: High-energy, self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to travel as needed.
