Compensation: $100,000.00 – $170,000.00 + bonus
Location: Anne Arundel County, MD
Responsibilities as the Senior HVAC Estimator Include:
- Manage the estimation division, overseeing the assistant estimator and bid coordinator.
- Provide comprehensive estimation for diverse projects, including commercial, multifamily, and design-build.
- Expand division capabilities and stay updated on cutting-edge estimation software.
- Ensure strategic alignment with the commercial bid list.
- Collaborate with vendors, coordinate equipment purchasing, and foster strong relationships.
Requirements for the Senior HVAC Estimator Include:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC industry estimating experience.
- Proficiency in construction estimation, particularly in mechanical pipe distribution and fabrication.
- Expertise in estimation software and Excel.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
