Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Temporary) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting strategic HR initiatives, talent management, organizational development, and employee relations across a dynamic business environment. This high-impact consulting opportunity will partner closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while driving workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR business partnering experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change.
Responsibilities as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner:
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Talent Management: Support workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and talent retention initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on performance and workplace concerns.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and employee adoption.
- HR Analytics: Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Compliance & Policy Support: Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while supporting organizational risk management.
Qualifications for the Senior Human Resources Business Partner:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master’s degree or HR Certification is preferred.
- Experience: 8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or HR leadership role, is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, change management, employment law, and HR compliance is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, or enterprise system implementations is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong business acumen, communication, coaching, leadership, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.
