Job Overview – Senior HRIS Analyst
Compensation: $70/hour
Location: Essex County, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst in Essex County, NJ for our client, supporting HRIS configuration, payroll systems, workforce management, and system optimization. This role will manage and enhance the Dayforce environment, troubleshoot system and data issues, and partner with HR and Payroll teams to implement business requirements. The Dayforce HRIS Analyst will also support system testing, integrations, and ongoing process improvements.
Responsibilities as the Senior HRIS Analyst:
- HRIS Configuration: Configure, maintain, and optimize Dayforce functionality to support HR and payroll operations.
- System Administration: Manage HRIS updates, system maintenance, data integrity, and ongoing production support.
- Integration Support: Troubleshoot system integrations and data issues while coordinating solutions across HR technology platforms.
- Testing & Validation: Test and validate system configurations, updates, integrations, and process changes.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve HRIS functionality, system reliability, and HR and payroll processes.
Qualifications for the Senior HRIS Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of Dayforce HRIS administration, configuration, or systems analysis experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting payroll and workforce management processes within an HRIS environment is required.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on Dayforce configuration and administration experience is required, including experience with payroll and workforce management functionality.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills are required.
