Job Overview – Senior Construction Estimator
Join our client’s dynamic team as a Senior Construction Estimator specializing in commercial drywall, acoustical ceilings, paint, and more. This role offers tremendous growth potential and the chance to lead a department of talented professionals.
Compensation: $110,000.00 – $145,000.00 + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA –On-Site
Responsibilities of the Senior Construction Estimator include:
- Analyze project plans and documents to develop accurate scopes and cost estimates.
- Manage internal project reports, equipment, and material procurement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and contractors, oversee bid management.
- Present estimates to management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Provide leadership in project management, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Qualifications of the Senior Construction Estimator include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in construction management preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial construction sales and estimating.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital estimating software is advantageous.
