Job Overview – Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager:
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000/year + bonus
Location: Natick, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Drive client success as a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager with our client in Natick, MA, overseeing large commercial insurance accounts in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. Serve as a trusted advisor for renewals, new business, and complex coverage issues while acting as the main liaison between clients, underwriters, and internal teams. Best suited for licensed professionals with deep commercial lines experience and Applied EPIC proficiency.
Responsibilities as the Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager:
- Client Communication: Handle client inquiries, documentation requests, and coverage questions with minimal AE direction.
- Policy & Renewal Management: Prepare submissions, binders, proposals, and renewals while coordinating with CSRs and underwriters.
- Coverage & Risk Analysis: Provide detailed coverage analysis and support account rounding for large, complex accounts.
- Audit & Billing Oversight: Resolve audit disputes, monitor agency bill invoices, and manage policy cancellations for non-payment.
- Cross-Selling & Referrals: Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to other departments as appropriate.
- Client & Team Support: Attend client meetings on behalf of the AE and participate in internal strategy sessions.
Qualifications for the Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial lines account management, specializing in large and complex accounts.
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applied EPIC is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and customer service skills, proactive and organized, with the ability to manage priorities independently and reliable transportation for client visits.
