Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000/year + bonus
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Associate, Wealth Marketing in Greenwich, CT for our client’s asset management firm. This hybrid role executes integrated marketing campaigns targeting RIAs, broker-dealers, and independent wealth firms. You’ll partner with marketing, product, legal, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and measurable results. Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, HubSpot, Adobe, and Google Analytics is preferred to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand growth.

Responsibilities as the Senior Associate, Wealth Marketing:

  • Integrated Marketing: Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, print, paid media, and events to drive brand awareness and client engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee calendars, timelines, and KPIs while tracking performance and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and refine data-driven strategies for lead acquisition and conversion through targeted outreach and segmentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Client Solutions, Legal, Compliance, Product Strategy, and Operations to ensure timely and compliant execution.
  • Brand & Analytics: Maintain brand consistency across all assets and leverage tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to evaluate and improve results.

Qualifications for the Senior Associate, Wealth Marketing:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of wealth marketing experience within asset management or financial services, with familiarity across RIA, broker/dealer, and independent advisor channels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Seismic, Constant Contact, Adobe, and Google Analytics, with preferred knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment solutions and the U.S. wealth management ecosystem.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional with strong communication and project management skills, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
