Job Overview – Revenue Analyst (Temporary)
Compensation: $45 – $55/hour
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Revenue Analyst (Temporary) for our client, supporting revenue reporting, forecasting, business analytics, and operational reporting initiatives. This role will partner closely with finance, accounting, operations, and leadership teams to enhance reporting capabilities, improve data visibility, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in revenue analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or revenue operations within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities as the Revenue Analyst:
- Revenue Analytics: Develop and maintain reporting for recurring revenue performance, customer trends, and key business metrics.
- Contract Management: Maintain contract-related reporting, monitor renewal activity, track key terms, and support revenue-related analysis.
- Acquisition Integration: Support the integration of acquired businesses by standardizing revenue reporting, customer data, and performance metrics across entities.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Assist with revenue forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and management reporting for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Data & Systems Optimization: Improve reporting processes, enhance data quality, and support automation initiatives that increase operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with finance, accounting, sales operations, and technology teams to drive revenue visibility and business insights.
Qualifications for the Revenue Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in revenue analytics, revenue operations, FP&A, business intelligence, revenue accounting, or related analytical roles is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting recurring revenue, subscription-based business models, SaaS, technology, managed services, or other revenue-driven organizations is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools, CRM platforms, ERP systems, and data reporting solutions are required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment are required.
