Job Overview – Remote Technical Program Manager:
Our client is seeking a Remote Technical Program Manager to join their fully remote team! This remote role involves managing complex, large-scale cross-team initiatives, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Field, Customer Success, and other stakeholders. You will clarify needs, secure commitments, set timelines, and lead activities from design through delivery.

Compensation: $50 – $55/hour
Responsibilities as the Remote Technical Program Manager:
- Cross-Team Initiative Management: Partner with various teams to manage and deliver complex, large-scale projects.
- Program Structuring: Structure, kick-off, and run continuous and time-bound initiatives, clarifying priorities, enabling deliverable execution, and providing transparency.
- Hands-On Management: Take a proactive approach to unblock teams, introduce efficiencies, and provide workflow solutions.
- Alignment and Focus: Build and maintain alignment across multiple teams, focusing on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Status Reporting: Provide clear, consistent, and accurate status updates on progress and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on program goals, commitments, risks, progress, and deliverable quality.
- Dependency Mapping: Map dependencies and relationships between initiatives and teams, manage risks, and coordinate work across teams.
Qualifications for the Remote Technical Program Manager:
- Experience: 3-5 years of technical program management experience in a remote, SaaS product development environment.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale software development programs through collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a focus on data-informed execution.
- Problem-Solving: Passion for understanding complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions.
- Methodologies: Experience with agile and other program management methodologies.
