Compensation: $100 – $106/hour
Location: Remote (Based in Boston, MA)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Remote Senior Applications Analyst (Healthcare IT) for our client, supporting Epic and enterprise healthcare systems across large-scale application initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will align technology solutions with business strategy, serve as a technical advisor on complex healthcare IT projects, and partner with clinical, operational, and vendor teams to optimize application performance and workflows.

Responsibilities as the Remote Senior Applications Analyst:

  • Application Strategy & Alignment: Align healthcare application solutions with business needs by advising stakeholders on system functionality, benefits, and implementation requirements.
  • Technical Consulting & Optimization: Serve as an internal consultant on complex initiatives, providing technical guidance and business process expertise to support strategic objectives.
  • Project Leadership & Implementation: Contribute to large-scale application projects from planning through implementation, coordinating across cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Vendor & Systems Coordination: Act as a technical liaison with vendors and internal teams to support effective system integration and service delivery.
  • Analysis, Communication & Documentation: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-facing guidance while supporting documentation, reporting, and process improvement efforts.

Qualifications for the Remote Senior Applications Analyst:

  • Education: Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT application design, development, or implementation required, with senior-level responsibility preferred.
  • Certifications: EPIC certifications preferred, including ASAP, Resolute Hospital Billing, EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, and HIM modules.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical and revenue cycle systems, and the strategic use of technology, with HL7 knowledge preferred.
  • Technical & Professional Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across technical and business teams.
