Atlantic Group is hiring a Remote Personal Lines Account Manager (Private Client) for our client, supporting high-net-worth and mid-market personal lines accounts. This fully remote role requires Florida residency and focuses on policy servicing, renewals, and retention while advising clients on coverage strategy, pricing, and risk management. You will partner with producers and carriers to deliver high-quality personal lines insurance support.

Responsibilities as the Remote Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • Client Advisory & Servicing: Provide ongoing advice and daily servicing support for an assigned personal lines book of business, addressing coverage questions, policy changes, and service needs.
  • Renewals & Retention Management: Proactively manage renewals, conduct coverage reviews, address renewal alerts, and re-market policies when appropriate to maximize client retention.
  • Producer & Carrier Support: Partner with producers to evaluate existing insurance programs, recommend coverage and pricing alternatives, and coordinate services with HNW and mid-market carriers.
  • Policy & Task Management: Maintain task reports including expirations, cancellations, and in-process submissions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through.
  • Team Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the personal lines team to share knowledge, troubleshoot complex accounts, and support resolution of escalated servicing issues.

Qualifications for the Remote Personal Lines Account Manager:

  • Licensure: Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) or 20-44 (Personal Lines) insurance license required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of personal lines experience within a retail insurance agency, with exposure to high-net-worth or private client accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using agency management systems and insurance carrier portals, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of personal lines coverages, policy structures, renewals, re-marketing strategies, and client retention best practices.
  • Skills & Attributes: Client-focused, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
