Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Remote Product Manager (Digital Customer Experience) for our client. You will lead product strategy and execution across digital platforms, enhancing customer journeys and driving innovation. This remote role includes defining roadmaps, translating customer insights into digital solutions, and collaborating with Product Owners, Marketing, IT, and business leaders to launch products, improve workflows, and deliver seamless experiences across web, CRM, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities as the Remote Product Manager (Digital Customer Experience):

  • Product Strategy: Define product vision, roadmaps, and release targets to drive digital customer experience goals.
  • Customer Focus: Translate customer needs and market insights into innovative product features and enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and ensure delivery consistency.
  • Execution & Delivery: Establish feature requirements, success metrics, and timelines to enable high-quality, on-time releases.
  • Business Impact: Support leadership with business case development, scope trade-offs, and process improvements that enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications for the Remote Product Manager (Digital Customer Experience):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management or product ownership using Agile methodologies, with emphasis on digital customer experience.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT systems development, web platforms, CRM systems, and familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital customer success or medical devices preferred, along with knowledge of enterprise systems and their global business impact.
  • Skills & Attributes: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.
