Job Overview – Recruiter (Temporary)
Compensation: $40/hour
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Recruiter (Temporary) for our client, supporting full-cycle recruitment across corporate and business functions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent while managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring agency or corporate recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities as the Recruiter (Temporary):
- Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer acceptance across a variety of professional and corporate positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach strategies.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment while providing recommendations to hiring teams.
- Recruitment Operations: Maintain applicant tracking systems, candidate pipelines, and recruitment records while ensuring process compliance.
- Employer Branding: Support recruitment marketing initiatives and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications for the Recruiter (Temporary):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2–5 years of recruiting experience within agency or corporate recruiting environments is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing strategies, interview processes, and talent acquisition best practices is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously are required.
