Job Overview – Recruiter (Temporary):
Step into a dynamic role with our client as a Recruiter in Las Vegas, NV. In this temporary position, you will lead full-cycle recruiting, source top talent, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while working onsite 2-3 days per week and collaborating with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines.
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Onsite 2-3 days per week
Responsibilities as the Recruiter (Temporary):
- Sourcing and Networking: Proactively source and engage candidates through outreach and build strong talent pipelines.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage all recruiting stages, from screening to offer approvals and candidate communications.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and develop sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a high-touch experience, ensuring a positive and engaging hiring journey.
- Process Management: Oversee ATS cleanliness, review resumes, and ensure timely process updates.
- External Partners: Manage relationships with external search firms to support hiring needs.
Qualifications for the Recruiter (Temporary):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with sourcing expertise (experience in Machine Learning or AI roles is a plus).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter (familiarity with employer branding tools preferred).
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and candidate-focused, with a passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and driving results.
