Role Overview:
Our client, a leading global investment firm, has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Office Coordinator in their New York City office. This is a temp-to-hire role supporting their dynamic team.

Compensation: $22.00 – $27.00 /HR (potential for $70K-$75K salary)
Location: New York City

Responsibilities for the Receptionist include:
•    Provide front desk coverage – greet guests, manage phones, etc.
•    Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, expenses
•    Liaise with vendors and business contacts
•    Organize office events, meeting setups, and catering
•    Assist with interviewing and onboarding new employees
•    Handle confidential materials with discretion
•    Contribute to ad-hoc projects and assignments

Qualifications of the Receptionist include:
•    3-4 years of relevant administrative/office experience
•    Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook
•    Motivated team player with high integrity
•    Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks
•    Positive attitude and willingness to learn new responsibilities
