Atlantic Group is hiring a Receptionist (Temporary) for our client in San Diego, CA. This in-office role is perfect for a friendly and professional individual who excels at front desk management, call handling, guest reception, and administrative support. You will coordinate with the Facilities Manager to maintain office operations, oversee tracking and access management, and ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
Responsibilities as the Receptionist:
- Front Desk Management: Greet guests, vendors, and clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Call Handling: Answer and redirect incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
- Visitor and Security Protocols: Manage visitor badges, logbooks, and security procedures.
- Mail and Supplies: Sort mail, manage office supplies, and ensure kitchen areas are stocked.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Facilities Manager with clerical tasks and seating chart updates.
- Access and Tracking: Oversee card access, fitness waivers, parking registration, and conference room bookings.
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
- Education: High School Diploma required (Associate Degree preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative support role is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive and professional demeanor.
