Job Overview – Receptionist (Temporary):
Step into a dynamic role as a temporary Receptionist with our client’s team in Concord, MA, where you'll be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and staff while supporting administrative tasks. As part of the Facilities team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a professional environment and assisting with various office functions.
Compensation: $23 – $25/hour
Location: Concord, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Responsibilities as the Receptionist:
- Front Desk: Professionally greet guests, vendors, and clients; handle incoming calls and ensure they are directed appropriately.
- Security Procedures: Maintain security protocols by managing visitor badges, monitoring the logbook, and following access procedures.
- Administrative: Assist the Facilities Manager with various tasks, such as updating the headquarters seating chart, managing parking registrations, and handling new hire ID badge setup.
- Supply Management: Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office and kitchen supplies.
- Coordination: Manage access to the fitness center, conference room bookings, and card access systems.
- Tracking: Track Corporate re-entry data during phased office re-entry.
Qualifications for the Receptionist:
- Education: High School Diploma required (Associate Degree preferred).
- Experience: 1+ year of Reception or Front-desk experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technological: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with technology (computers, phones).
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities in customer service, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining professionalism.
