Job Overview – Project Manager

Compensation: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 + bonus
Location: Philadelphia County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities of the Project Manager Include:
- Oversee the successful execution of projects, with a primary focus on interiors and fit-outs.
- Handle high-rise fit-outs, healthcare projects, and potentially ground-up construction.
- Showcase expertise in site work and foundations, contributing to the overall success of projects.
- Demonstrate adaptability and innovation in project management approaches.
Qualifications of the Project Manager include:
- 10+ years of experience in the Philadelphia market, with a preference for candidates familiar with union-type work.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Strong experience in high-rise fit-outs and healthcare projects, encompassing both interiors and ground-up construction.
- Must be flexible, innovative, and moldable, contributing to a collaborative and adaptable team environment.
