Job Overview – Project Manager/Owner’s Representative (Remote)
Join our client's team as we seek a talented individual experienced in healthcare/hospital systems for the role of Project Manager/Owner's Representative.  Our client is committed to providing protection, backing, and support to their clients, ensuring that their projects achieve successful outcomes.

Compensation: $150,000.00 – $185,000.00 + bonus
Location: Philadelphia, PA – Remote

Responsibilities of the Project Manager/Owner’s Representative (Remote) include:

  • Oversee and manage projects within healthcare/hospital systems, with a particular focus on clinical environments such as operating rooms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and project team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide comprehensive project management and owner's representation services, guiding projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital staff, to ensure project success.
  • Uphold principles of Advocacy, Leadership, Process, and Stewardship in all project activities.

Qualifications of the Project Manager/Owner’s Representative (Remote) include:

  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare/hospital systems projects, preferably in clinical environments.
  • Background in construction, design, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
