Job Overview – Project Manager (HVAC Focus)
Join our client's team as a Project Manager, specializing in HVAC projects within the commercial sector, particularly in the healthcare (HC) space. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to lead and manage HVAC projects, contributing to the growth and success of our client's expanding company.
Compensation: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 + bonus
Location: Dauphin County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Project Manager (HVAC) include:
- Lead and manage HVAC projects within the commercial sector, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
- Oversee project progress, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
Qualifications of the Project Manager (HVAC) include:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC projects, with a focus on healthcare facilities.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation methods.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
