Job Overview – Project Manager (Healthcare):
Our client in Chester County, PA, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee healthcare projects within hospitals and networks. This full-time role requires extensive healthcare experience and involves leading projects to successful completion while ensuring standards and deadlines are met.
Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000/year + bonus
Location: Chester County, PA

Responsibilities as the Project Manager (Healthcare):
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects within hospitals and healthcare systems, ensuring successful completion within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including tracking expenses and managing resources efficiently.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Project Manager (Healthcare):
- Experience: 5-10 years of project management experience in the healthcare market, particularly within hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Other: Valid driver’s license required for travel.
