Job Overview – Project Manager (Electrical):
Join our client's team in Chester County, PA, as an Electrical Project Manager. You will manage commercial electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000/year
Location: Chester County, PA

Responsibilities as the Project Manager (Electrical):

  • Project Leadership: Oversee commercial electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Estimating & Bidding: Provide accurate project estimates using McCormick electrical bidding software.
  • Team Coordination: Manage communication between project teams, clients, and contractors.
  • Scheduling: Develop and adjust project timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.

Qualifications for the Project Manager (Electrical):

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 10-20 years of experience in Electrical Project Management and Estimating for commercial projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in McCormick, electrical bidding software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
