Job Overview – Project Management Team Lead
As the Project Management Team Lead, you will oversee a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, ensuring the highest level of customer service and project delivery.
Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 + bonus
Location: New York, NY – Onsite (Job site visits)
Responsibilities as the Project Management Team Lead include:
- Manage Project Management team, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Provide comprehensive talent management, training, and supervision.
- Oversee project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Lead client meetings and conflict resolution.
- Establish performance metrics and facilitate professional development.
Requirements for the Project Management Team Lead include:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software.
