Role Overview – Product Operations Analyst:
We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst to join our client’s team and work with various Product teams to identify opportunities for improvement in department operations and processes.

Compensation: $19.00 – $20.00 / HR
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities as the Product Operations Analyst include:
•    Working with various Product teams to identify opportunities for improvement in department operations and processes
•    Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements
•    Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance of those projects
•    Interacting with IT partners to ensure the Product is properly implemented
•    Testing the system and creating system documentation and user manuals
•    Evaluating business processes and requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions
•    Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
•    Facilitating meetings to share ideas and findings
•    Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
•    Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff

Requirements for the Product Operations Analyst include:
•    Bachelor's degree in business or related field
•    0-2 years of work experience in business analysis or a related field
•    Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
•    Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
•    Excellent documentation skills
•    Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
•    Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
•    Strong experience in user testing and project management
•    Basic knowledge of programming and utilizing query tools (SQL)
•    Creative thinker with the ability to synthesize information from various sources and apply that information to business problems
•    Property & Casualty insurance knowledge is desired
