Job Overview – Product Operations Analyst (Temporary)
Compensation: $20 – $22/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Product Operations Analyst (Temporary) in Boston, MA for our client, supporting business process improvement, requirements gathering, and system testing within a product operations environment. In this temporary role, you will collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, document requirements, and support operational enhancements while leveraging Excel and internal systems to drive efficiency and data accuracy.
Responsibilities as the Product Operations Analyst:
- Process Improvement & Analysis: Partner with Product teams to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend operational enhancements.
- Requirements & Documentation: Collect, document, and analyze business requirements to support product initiatives.
- System Testing & Validation: Perform user acceptance testing and validate system updates to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Business Process Support: Assess current processes and assist with implementing solutions and improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate findings, documentation, and project updates.
Qualifications for the Product Operations Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Experience: Prior internship or 1+ year of experience in business analysis, operations, or product support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required, with SQL or data query experience preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to product operations, process improvement, or insurance operations environments preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical skills with excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
