Job Overview – Procurement Manager (Hybrid):

Compensation: $40 – $45/hour
Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Procurement Manager:
- Analysis and Sourcing: Conduct sourcing analytics to support purchasing and provide data-driven insights.
- Forecasting: Oversee purchase orders, shipment schedules, and forecast alignment to ensure inventory needs are met.
- Management: Strategically oversee the cashew and egg categories, aligning procurement efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Collaboration: Build partnerships across R&I, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to enhance processes and meet goals.
- Financial Management: Handle POs, contract pricing, invoice discrepancies, and support budget alignment with finance.
Qualifications for the Procurement Manager:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Procurement or Supply Chain required (prior experience with SAP preferred).
- Skills: Effective communicator with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
- Technical: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.
