Join our client in Burlington, NJ, as a Pricing Coordinator (Temporary), managing pricing operations, billing, and inventory coordination in an on-site role. Compensation: $22/hour
Location: Burlington, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Responsibilities as the Pricing Coordinator:
- Pricing & Data Management: Maintain and update pricing data for products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Billing & Accounts Receivable Support: Assist with pricing-related billing processes, ensuring proper invoicing and reconciliation.
- Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to verify pricing accuracy and cost structures.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Excel & Reporting: Utilize Excel to analyze pricing trends, generate reports, and support decision-making.
Qualifications for the Pricing Coordinator:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of pricing, accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills with experience handling pricing data and financial records.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of inventory management and pricing structures.
- Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple pricing tasks efficiently.
