Job Overview – Personal Lines Sales Associate (Remote):
Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000/year + bonus
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Remote)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Sales Associate (Remote) for our client, an opportunity supporting personal insurance sales in a fully remote role. This position focuses on identifying client needs, presenting personal lines insurance solutions, and closing new business across home, auto, and umbrella coverage. Ideal candidates bring prior personal lines experience, a consultative sales approach, and a goal-driven mindset.
Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Sales Associate:
- Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and outbound calls
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored personal insurance solutions
- Prepare and deliver quotes, explain policy options, and manage the sales process from start to finish
- Maintain and update client records within the agency management system
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and policy servicing
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications as the Personal Lines Sales Associate:
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance sales
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with agency management systems and quoting tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach
