Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager (Hybrid) in Bristol County, MA for our client, supporting personal lines policy servicing, client account management, and insurance operations within an independent agency environment. In this role, you will manage client inquiries related to billing, coverage, and policy changes while assisting with claims intake and renewal reviews. You will maintain accurate documentation and provide responsive client service using systems such as Applied EPIC and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager:

  • Client Account Servicing: Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing questions, and account updates while providing high-quality customer service.
  • Claims Intake & Coordination: Receive and document first notice of loss reports while assisting clients through the initial claims process.
  • Policy Support & Coverage Guidance: Answer policy-specific questions and provide guidance on coverage, policy updates, and servicing requests.
  • Account Reviews & Renewals: Prepare documentation for policy reviews, renewal evaluations, and ongoing account servicing needs.
  • Correspondence & Documentation: Manage incoming correspondence, maintain accurate client records, and support day-to-day account servicing tasks.

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry supporting personal lines account management, policy servicing, or client support roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products including homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using agency management systems such as Applied EPIC along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
