Job Overview – Personal Lines Assistant (Private Client Services)
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000/year + bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Assistant (Private Client Services) in Providence, RI for our client, supporting high-net-worth personal lines servicing, policy administration, and client support. In this role, you will support Account Executives with policy servicing, quoting, and client communications while managing documentation within agency management systems, including ImageRight and carrier portals.
Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Assistant:
- Client Service Support: Provide administrative and client service support by handling billing inquiries, policy questions, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
- Policy Processing & Documentation: Prepare and process policy documents including applications, binders, ID cards, endorsements, and client correspondence.
- Quoting & Rating Assistance: Support new business efforts by assisting with quoting and rating activities using carrier systems and online platforms.
- Carrier & Client Coordination: Communicate with insurance carriers and clients to support service requests and facilitate policy updates.
- System & File Management: Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems, ensuring all interactions are properly recorded.
Qualifications for the Personal Lines Assistant:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in insurance, administrative support, or client service within a professional services or brokerage environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to personal lines insurance, policy servicing, or underwriting processes is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with agency management systems such as ImageRight or carrier portals is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
