Job Overview – Personal Lines Account Specialist
As a Personal Lines Account Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering providing insurance exceptional services to our valued clients, ensuring they have the coverage they need to protect what matters most to them.
Compensation: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00
Location: New Haven County, CT – Hybrid
Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Account Specialist:
- Maintain a high client retention rate by proactively managing accounts and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Identify opportunities for insurance account growth through enhancing coverage, rounding accounts, and generating referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to educate clients on insurance options and customize coverage to their needs.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance with insurance billing inquiries and policy endorsements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications of the Personal Lines Account Specialist:
- Possess 2-5 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance within an agency environment.
- Proficient in navigating the AMS 360 system.
- Hold a current Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License in Connecticut.
- Demonstrate a positive demeanor, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
