Job Overview – Personal Lines Account Executive
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000/year + bonus
Location: Essex County, MA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Account Executive in Essex County, MA for our client, supporting client servicing, policy management, and retention within a retail insurance agency environment. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of personal lines clients, handle policy inquiries, process endorsements and renewals, and assist with quoting and remarketing efforts. You will work closely with clients and carriers while utilizing agency management systems such as HawkSoft and carrier portals to ensure accurate policy administration and high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Account Executive:
- Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries related to policies, coverage, and premiums.
- Policy Servicing & Endorsements: Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately while ensuring compliance with carrier guidelines.
- Quoting & Remarketing: Prepare new business quotes and remarket renewals to maintain competitive coverage and retention.
- Claims Support: Report claims and guide clients through the claims process while coordinating with carriers.
- Customer Service & Communication: Manage inbound calls and client communications with professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications for the Personal Lines Account Executive:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance within a retail agency environment is required.
- Licensure: Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, coverage types, and Massachusetts Registry forms and procedures is required.
- Technical Skills: Experience using agency management systems such as HawkSoft or similar platforms is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Language Requirement: Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
