Job Overview – Personal Lines Account Executive
Join our client's team as a Personal Lines Account Executive and become an integral part of our insurance services department. Compensation: $45,000.00 – $100,000.00 (Commensurate on Experience)
Location: Delaware County, PA – Onsite

Responsibilities as the Personal Lines Account Executive:

  • Assess clients' insurance needs by conducting thorough evaluations of their personal lines insurance requirements.
  • Identify suitable insurance policies that meet the unique needs and preferences of clients, ensuring comprehensive coverage and competitive pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the insurance process.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and secure insurance policies on behalf of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with informed insurance advice and recommendations.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate records of client communications and policy details.

Qualifications of the Personal Lines Account Executive:

  • Relevant experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • P&C license required.
  • Proven track record of sales success and client relationship management in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is required.
