A top-tier medical center is seeking a Patient Access Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers seeking appointments and information. Leveraging stellar customer service talents, the ideal candidate will field inquiries, facilitate scheduling, coordinate physician requests, promote services, and enable effortless experiences through prompt, compassionate call handling.

Compensation: $23.00 / HR
Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities of the Patient Access Representative include:

•    Responding to high call volume with patience and active listening
•    Conducting intake interviews and documenting needs
•    Researching patient requests and finding right physicians
•    Scheduling appointments across specialties
•    Promoting additional programs aligned to needs
•    Entering thorough activity records into systems

Qualifications for the Patient Access Representative include:
•    Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
•    1-3 years experience in a fast-paced service role
•    Familiarity with hospitals ideal
•    Skilled verbal communicator and problem-solver
•    Learning multiple computer systems rapidly
•    Passion for customer satisfaction
