Job Overview – Owner’s Representative (Construction Project Management):
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring an Owner’s Representative (Construction Project Management) with our client in Philadelphia, PA. This on-site role leads project oversight across K–12, higher education, non-profit, institutional, and public-sector projects. You will manage planning, design coordination, contractor oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal for a seasoned construction professional capable of representing the owner’s interests across multiple projects.
Responsibilities as the Owner’s Representative (Construction Project Management):
- Project Oversight: Lead planning, design, construction, and closeout activities while representing the owner’s interests throughout all project phases.
- Consulting & Advisory: Provide expert guidance on scope, budget, risk, schedule, and design decisions, ensuring alignment with project and owner goals.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Oversee budgets, validate change orders, track costs, and monitor schedules to ensure milestone and completion targets are met.
- Contractor & Consultant Coordination: Manage general contractors, architects, engineers, and specialty consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Quality, Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to design and code requirements while preparing progress reports, meeting summaries, and project documentation through closeout.
Qualifications for the Owner’s Representative (Construction Project Management):
- Experience: 6-10 years in construction project management, including owner’s representative work on K-12, higher education, institutional, non-profit, or public-sector projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) and strong financial reporting skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of design and construction processes, public-sector procurement, budgeting, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-facing professional with strong communication, negotiation, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.
