Job Overview – Operations Manager (COO)
Join a leading construction company based as a key member of their executive team. We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with a background in construction, preferably in the electrical sector, to drive excellence in project management, quality control, and overall operational efficiency.

Compensation: $150,000.00 – $300,000.00 + bonus
Location: Luzerne County, PA – Onsite 

Responsibilities of the Preconstruction Manager Include:

  • Handling all scheduling and overseeing the completion of overall projects.
  • Coordinating and integrating pre-fabrication, pre-assembly, and manufacturing processes for construction projects.
  • Manage consultants for special projects, such as project management procedures and implementation.
  • Lead the expansion of the Electrical Services department, positioning it as a top-tier entity within the company.
  • Formulate and execute short and long-term goals effectively.
  • Provide leadership, talent development, and coaching for teams.

Qualifications of the Operations Manager (COO):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
  • Quality-minded with experience in quality control.
  • Ability to manage a large staff and schedule meetings as necessary.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry.
  • Prior management experience with a team of direct reports.
