Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000/year + bonus

Atlantic Group is hiring an Office Administrator (Investment Management) in Stamford, CT for our client. This in-office role supports daily office operations, executive support, and administrative functions within an investment management environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the office, manage facilities and vendors, support travel and event coordination, and provide administrative and marketing support while ensuring a polished, professional office experience.
Responsibilities as the Office Administrator:
- Front Office & Office Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls while maintaining a professional, well-organized office environment.
- Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Manage office maintenance, building management communication, supplies, and kitchen operations.
- Administrative & Calendar Support: Maintain office calendars, phone systems, and internal schedules, including key firm deadlines.
- Travel & Event Coordination: Arrange business travel, support conference logistics, manage expense reports, and coordinate office events.
- Executive & Team Support: Provide administrative support to principals and teams, including ad hoc assistance and personal travel coordination.
Qualifications for the Office Administrator:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 3-8 years of administrative or office management experience, with prior exposure to financial services or investment management environments preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress, and CRM platforms, with comfort using standard office technology and software.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with professional services or investment office environments and associated administrative workflows.
- Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
