Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

You will support physicians, nurses, and patients by taking vitals, rooming patients, updating records, and coordinating schedules in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities as the Medical Assistant (Temporary):
- Patient Support: Greet patients, record vital signs, and prepare exam rooms for procedures.
- Clinical Assistance: Assist providers with exams, tests, and minor procedures while ensuring a clean, safe environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with other departments.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and restock medical supplies, ensuring proper inventory and equipment readiness.
Qualifications for the Medical Assistant (Temporary):
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an outpatient, primary care, or specialty clinic setting.
- Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills & Attributes: Compassionate, patient-focused professional with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, thriving in collaborative environments.
