Job Overview – Marketing Operations Analyst
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000/year + bonus
Location: Montgomery County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid – 4 Days In Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Marketing Operations Analyst in Montgomery County, PA for our client, supporting marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM optimization, and growth analytics initiatives. This role will partner closely with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to improve lead generation, audience targeting, campaign performance, and marketing technology processes. The ideal candidate will bring experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, reporting, and data-driven decision making within a financial services or professional services environment.
Responsibilities as the Marketing Operations Analyst:
- Audience Segmentation: Develop audience targeting strategies, lead scoring models, and customer segmentation frameworks to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Build and manage automated customer journeys, lead nurturing programs, and engagement workflows across multiple marketing channels.
- Lead Management: Support lead qualification, tracking, routing, and reporting processes while aligning marketing activity with sales objectives.
- Marketing Analytics: Create dashboards, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights related to engagement, conversion, and growth metrics.
- Marketing Technology: Maintain and optimize CRM, marketing automation, webinar, website, and related platform integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance automation, and implement scalable solutions that support business growth.
Qualifications for the Marketing Operations Analyst:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM management, marketing analytics, or related marketing functions is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting marketing initiatives within a financial services, professional services, B2B, or related business environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and advanced Excel is required. Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with exceptional attention to detail are required.
