Job Overview – Manufacturing Database Administrator (Temporary):
Join our client’s operations team in Montgomery County, PA, as a Manufacturing Database Administrator. This on-site temporary role focuses on maintaining accurate ERP records, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data accuracy to support production and quality projects.
Compensation: $20-25/hour
Location: Montgomery County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-Site)
Responsibilities as the Manufacturing Database Administrator:
- ERP Data Management: Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure production accuracy.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry, generate reports, and troubleshoot ERP software issues.
- Documentation Support: Assist in creating and documenting packaging specifications and manufacturing instructions.
- Collaboration: Work with the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams to uphold database accuracy.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for production and quality-related projects.
Qualifications for the Manufacturing Database Administrator:
- Education: High school diploma required (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in Manufacturing or Administrative roles, ideally with ERP systems or BOMs.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP software such as Deacom or SAP (experience with reporting tools or data visualization is a plus).
- Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with knowledge of packaging, manufacturing, or production processes preferred.
