Atlantic Group is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in San Diego, CA for our client, supporting case management, clinical supervision, and program coordination within a social services environment. This role focuses on conducting assessments, overseeing care planning, and supervising staff to ensure effective service delivery. The position requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Responsibilities as the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW):
- Clinical Supervision: Supervise and support a team of social workers and case staff across multiple locations.
- Case Management: Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide comprehensive case management services.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement care plans to address barriers and support client progress.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external providers to coordinate services and support outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assessments, case activity, and client progress.
- Program Support: Participate in case conferences and contribute to program development and performance tracking.
Qualifications for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW):
- Licensure: Active LCSW license in the state of California is required.
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 2-4 years of post-licensure clinical experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in case management and working with diverse populations is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required.
