In this hybrid position, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential leads to support the sales team and drive business growth. Compensation: $20 – $25/hour
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: 24-40 hours/week (Hybrid)
Responsibilities as the Lead Generator:
- Lead Research: Identify and generate potential leads across various channels (phone, email, digital platforms).
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings, ensuring smooth communication.
- Prospect Qualification: Assess and qualify leads for sales team engagement.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure consistent communication.
- Value Presentation: Communicate product/service benefits and address inquiries effectively.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team for seamless lead handoffs and appointment preparations.
Qualifications for the Lead Generator:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: 1-3+ years in lead generation or related roles, with proven expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and engaging with prospects.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification.
