Atlantic Group is hiring a Junior Paralegal on behalf of our client in New York, NY (Hybrid) to support NDA review, transactional documentation, and legal process coordination across corporate and investment matters. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals experienced in legal workflows, attorney support, and transactional readiness. Responsibilities as the Junior Paralegal (Analyst):

  • Transaction Support: Prepare and organize signature packets, track execution of legal documents, and manage closing rooms (physical and digital).
  • Legal Review & Documentation: Review and provide comments on NDAs, monitor negotiation timelines, and assist with legal deadline tracking.
  • Entity & Account Administration: Assist with investment agreement letters, document execution, and preparation of bank and securities account opening forms.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain and organize records for both domestic and international accounts in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Attorney Support: Assist with ad hoc legal projects and research, supporting attorneys with high-priority documentation tasks.

Qualifications for the Junior Paralegal (Analyst):

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably from a competitive or highly regarded academic institution.
  • Experience: 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm, investment firm, or financial institution, with required hands-on experience reviewing and organizing NDAs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems, with familiarity in legal databases or contract tracking tools preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and analytical with strong organization, communication, and a proactive, collaborative, and professional approach.
