Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Junior Outside Sales Representative:
- Sales Development: Identify and cultivate potential clients within the construction sector.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships through site visits and personalized communication.
- CRM Management: Use HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications for the Junior Outside Sales Representative:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or construction-related sales is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar systems.
