Job Overview – Investor Services Associate (Temporary)
Compensation: $35/hour
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office)
Atlantic Group is hiring an Investor Services Associate (Temporary) in Dallas, TX for our client, supporting investor due diligence, proposal development, content management, and investor reporting within an alternative investment environment. This temporary role will coordinate information across internal teams, prepare high-quality investor materials, and manage deadlines for due diligence requests. The position will also assist with investor onboarding, reporting, portal administration, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities as the Investor Services Associate (Temporary):
- Due Diligence Materials: Prepare accurate and well-written responses to investor questionnaires, requests for proposals, and other information requests.
- Project Coordination: Manage deliverables and timelines across multiple teams while communicating progress and escalating potential delays.
- Content Management: Maintain standardized investor content, supporting data, and approved language within proposal management systems.
- Quality Review: Review investor materials and reports for consistency, accuracy, completeness, and appropriate presentation.
- Investor Support: Respond to ad hoc requests and assist with investor reporting, onboarding, and portal administration.
Qualifications for the Investor Services Associate (Temporary):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in proposal writing, due diligence, or financial services is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with investment management, alternative investments, investor reporting, and compliance-sensitive communications is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with proposal management platforms, content databases, or artificial intelligence tools is preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong writing, editing, organization, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines, collaborate across teams, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
