Atlantic Group is hiring an Investor Relations Analyst (Temporary) in Stamford, CT for our client, supporting investor communications, reporting, and presentation development within an investment management environment. This role focuses on preparing investor-facing materials, analyzing investment performance data, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality reporting under tight deadlines. The position requires strong PowerPoint and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities as the Investor Relations Analyst (Temporary):
- Presentation Development: Prepare investor presentations, quarterly reports, and fact sheets using financial and market data.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze investment performance metrics and market trends to support reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams to gather and organize information for investor communications.
- Reporting Support: Assist with the preparation and review of client and investor reporting materials.
- Project Management: Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Quality Control: Review materials for accuracy, formatting consistency, and overall presentation quality.
Qualifications for the Investor Relations Analyst (Temporary):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Experience preparing investor-facing materials within investment management, private equity, or financial services is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of investment performance reporting and market data is required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment are required.
