Atlantic Group is hiring an Investment Reporting Associate (Temporary) in New York, NY for our client, supporting investment data and performance reporting, client flow analytics, and financial reporting within an asset management environment. In this hybrid role, you will produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for senior stakeholders while leveraging advanced Excel, Tableau, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting cycles.

Responsibilities as the Investment Reporting Associate:

  • AUM & Financial Reporting: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on assets under management, client flows, and revenue metrics.
  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy and consistency of AUM data across systems and reporting cycles.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver reporting and analytics to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with Operations and Technology to enhance data workflows and reporting efficiency.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis & Support: Respond to data requests and assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and special projects.

Qualifications for the Investment Reporting Associate:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, investment reporting, accounting, or data analytics within asset management or investment advisory environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of AUM reporting, financial data structures, internal controls, and investment reporting processes.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel required, with experience in Tableau, OneStream, or similar reporting and data visualization platforms preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Highly detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
