Job Overview – Industrial Project Manager
Our client is a leading construction firm that specializes in industrial projects, with a current focus on semiconductor and microchip manufacturing. Their portfolio extends to include upcoming ventures in pharmaceuticals and various industrial sectors. They prioritize innovation, excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. Currently, they are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team.

Compensation: $115,000.00 – $135,000.00 plus bonus
Location: Lehigh County, PA – Onsite

Responsibilities of the Industrial Project Manager Include:

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Manage and coordinate MEP systems, emphasizing proficiency in clean room environments.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring project alignment with expectations.
  • Lead project meetings, fostering effective communication and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage on-site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of industrial construction processes, with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications of the Industrial Project Manager include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record of managing industrial projects.
  • Experience with MEP systems and clean room environments is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
