Job Overview – Human Resources Manager (Hybrid):
Join our client’s expanding team as the Human Resources Manager in Burlington County, NJ, where you’ll lead HR operations, support business objectives, guide managers, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000/year
Location: Burlington County, NJ
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Human Resources Manager:

  • HR Operations: Manage daily HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and 401(k) administration through 3rd party providers.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on performance, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts and oversee onboarding to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, support goal setting, and manage development plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies align with federal, state, and local laws; lead audits and maintain records.
  • Development: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and communicate them effectively.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of broad HR experience, including 2+ years in a Managerial role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Certification: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
