Job Overview – Human Resources Generalist
Growing company in Montgomery County seeking a Human Resources Generalist! The ideal candidate will be comfortable doing extensive recruiting work and manage onboarding, employee engagement/relations, benefits, and payroll. This role is 100% onsite in King of Prussia, PA. Compensation: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00
Location: Montgomery County, PA – Onsite
Responsibilities as the Human Resources Generalist Include:
- Perform candidate sourcing and review with an eye for the organizational needs and with the goal of retention
- Manage interview scheduling, interacting professionally with internal employees and external candidates
- Organize and execute onboarding and training modules
- Process employee benefits through broker communication
- Perform employee relations investigation
- Process payroll, for hourly workforce and variety of sales positions
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and events
Requirements for the Human Resources Generalist Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- SHRM Certification required
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment coordination, employee relations, and payroll required
