Supporting the full talent lifecycle, the ideal candidate will leverage their passion for process excellence, vendor management, and customer service to streamline systems and drive operational best practices across this dynamic firm's ten global offices.

Compensation: $30.00 / HR
Location: North Jersey

Responsibilities of the HR Operations Analyst include:

  • Managing new hire onboarding and employee offboardin
  • Ensuring data integrity across HR platforms
  • Supporting recruiting administration and offer letters
  • Coordinating visa, immigration, and benefit tasks
  • Providing excellent HR customer service
  • Driving process enhancements and documentation
  • Maintaining compliance with guidelines

Qualifications for the HR Operations Analyst include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years HR operations experience
  • HRIS platforms experience like Workday
  • Sharp analytical abilities and business judgment
  • Strong written/verbal communicator focused on service
  • Passion for streamlining and optimizing
