Compensation: $30.00 / HR
Location: North Jersey
Responsibilities of the HR Operations Analyst include:
- Managing new hire onboarding and employee offboardin
- Ensuring data integrity across HR platforms
- Supporting recruiting administration and offer letters
- Coordinating visa, immigration, and benefit tasks
- Providing excellent HR customer service
- Driving process enhancements and documentation
- Maintaining compliance with guidelines
Qualifications for the HR Operations Analyst include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years HR operations experience
- HRIS platforms experience like Workday
- Sharp analytical abilities and business judgment
- Strong written/verbal communicator focused on service
